Description
The Atlas 20007930 is an HO scale Master Line Extended Vision caboose decorated for BC Rail #1875 in the railway's red, white and blue scheme with white diagonal speed stripes and the Expo 86 emblem on the cupola. Ready to run, factory painted and lettered.
Prototype: Pacific Great Eastern built its first steel wide-vision caboose in its own Squamish, BC shops in 1968 and kept building them into the mid-1970s after the railway became British Columbia Railway. These cabooses trailed BC Rail freights from North Vancouver through Prince George and beyond until cabooses were retired in 1993 — a must for any BC Rail train.
