Description
Atlas’s gear-grade lubricant for HO and N scale locomotive gear trains. A heavier-bodied oil specifically formulated for the geared portion of the drive train — from the worm to the truck spur gears.
How to use
- Apply a small drop directly to the worm gear, worm wheel, and primary spur gears.
- Use sparingly — over-lubrication attracts dust and dirt.
- Best applied during routine locomotive maintenance (every 50-100 operating hours).
- For motor bearings and lighter parts, use Atlas #191 Motor Bearing Lubricant.
- Comes as a complete kit with #191 and #192 in the #193 Loco & Track Maintenance Package.
