The ScaleTrains Rivet Counter™ GE Dash 9-44CW is an N scale GE Dash 9-44CW in Canadian National "Website" scheme — road number #2639 — Standard DC (no factory DCC, but DCC-ready with installed 8 Ω speaker for easy upgrade per the Rivet Counter platform).
Prototype: The GE Dash 9-44CW is a 4400 hp 6-axle road switcher built 1993–2004 — successor to the Dash 8 family with improved electronics, traction control, and a redesigned cab. Became one of the most common locomotives in North American main-line service; most are still active today. CN bought a large fleet (numbered 2600-series) and applied them in the "Website" scheme that features prominent www.cn.ca branding on the long hood — a late-1990s / 2000s CN scheme.
