Description
A PECO HO (1:87) Code 83 double slip with Unifrog. A double slip is two turnouts and a diamond crossing combined into one unit — it lets traffic pass straight through, or diverge to either side, all in the footprint of a single crossing. Standard at the throat of busy stations.
Unifrog: PECO's universal frog — it ships configured as InsulFrog (plug-and-play, no extra wiring), but has a wire under the frog that you can connect to a frog-juicer or accessory switch later if you want Electrofrog-style live-frog operation. The best of both worlds.
