The NCE 5240128 N Scale N14IP Direct Plug-In Decoder is the N14IP — direct plug-in DCC decoder for the Con-Cor N-scale PA1 and 4-8-4 'DCC ready' models.
What it does: Designed to plug directly into the manufacturer socket on Con-Cor N-scale PA1 (Alco / EMD) passenger diesels and 4-8-4 (Northern) steam locomotives. No wiring needed — just remove the dummy plug and drop in the N14IP.
