Description
The slab-side covered hopper is a classic mid-20th-century grain car — flat-paneled sides, multiple roof hatches, and discharge gates on the underframe. Atlas’s Master Series HO model captures the prototype in 1:87 in Canadian National’s “Delivery” (as-built) paint scheme as road number #113193.
Master Series detail includes separately-applied wire grab irons and brake levers, etched-metal running boards, accurate underframe and air-brake detail, free-rolling 33″ turned-metal wheelsets, and body-mount AccuMate-style magnetic knuckle couplers.
