Description
The Atlas 861 is an HO Code 100 right-hand manual Snap-Switch turnout — identical geometry to the #851 remote, but with a sliding throw bar in place of the solenoid switch machine. Throw by hand or with an Atlas Sub-Terrain Cable Control (#62/#63 ground throws) for budget-friendly Snap-Track layouts.
Geometry: Same Snap-Track-compatible 30° / 18′′R diverging route as the powered Snap-Switches. Insulating frog (non-power-routing). The manual throw bar is reliable, simple, and never burns out.
Pairs with: Atlas 851 (RH remote, for upgrade later), 860 (LH manual), 62/63 ground throws.
