Description
The Atlas 850 is an HO Code 100 left-hand remote-control Snap-Switch turnout — Atlas's classic powered turnout with an integrated solenoid switch machine mounted alongside the ties. Wire it to a momentary push-button or Atlas 56 Controller for remote operation from anywhere on the panel.
Geometry: Snap-Switch turnouts are designed around the Snap-Track grid — the diverging route exits at 18′′ radius and 30° total, so a Snap-Switch substitutes directly for a curved section in a 4×8 plan. Black-tie nickel-silver rail; insulating frog (non-power-routing) so trailing wheels on the diverging route don't short.
