Description
The Atlas 840 is a 9′′ (228 mm) Code 100 straight Snap-Track section with factory-wired feeder leads — the standard track-power entry point on any Atlas Snap-Track layout. Two pre-soldered wires drop through the roadbed to the power pack or DCC bus.
How it works: The two feeder wires connect to the screw terminals of an Atlas 313 Selector or an MRC/Bachmann/NCE/Digitrax controller. One #840 powers a complete continuous loop; for larger layouts add additional feeders every 6 ft / 2 m to prevent voltage drop.
