Atlas’s HO scale 36″ metal wheelsets — the larger wheel size used on passenger cars, cabooses, and certain freight cars. 100 axles per box for bulk replacements and upgrades.
How to use
- Use for HO scale passenger cars, modern cabooses, and some specialty freight (TOFC flats, intermodal cars).
- For standard 50-100-ton freight cars, use 33″ wheels (Atlas #190100) instead.
- Fits all Atlas trucks plus most aftermarket brands (Walthers, Kadee, Athearn).
- Replacement of plastic wheels with these metal wheelsets adds prototypical weight, improves rolling, and helps with pickup on some passenger-car-mounted lighting.
