Description
Continue your Canadian Pacific Train Master fleet with road number #8913. The Fairbanks-Morse H-24-66 was CP’s heaviest road switcher of the era, and Atlas’s Master Series Phase 2 model is finished in the railway’s Late Scheme block lettering in 1:87 HO scale.
Built DCC-ready with an 8-pin NMRA socket, this DC version features a five-pole skew-wound can motor with dual flywheels, all-wheel electrical pickup, and factory-applied wire detail including grab irons, MU hoses, and windshield wipers.
How to use
- Runs on any HO scale Code 83 or Code 100 track.
- Operates on a standard DC power pack out of the box (0-12V).
- Drop in any 8-pin NEM 652 decoder for DCC operation — no soldering required.
- Minimum recommended radius: 22″. Body-mounted magnetic knuckle couplers.
- Run as a matched A-A or A-B consist with sister units #8911 or #8917.
