Description
The DPM 20600 "Humble Home" is an HO scale plastic building kit — a simple turn-of-the-20th-century working-class single-family home. The kind of small wood-frame house that filled out any railroad town, factory district, or rural junction.
Prototype / scene: Small single-storey wood-frame house — minimal ornamentation, simple porch, lap siding, gable roof. Working-class housing as the prototype actually was. Group several with the DPM Victorian Cottage (#20500) and Townhouse kits (#10900/#11000/#11100) for a varied period residential street.
What's in the box: All plastic wall, roof, and detail parts on injection sprues, clear glazing for windows, instructions. Glue and paint sold separately.
