Description
The DPM 10900 "Townhouse #1" is an HO scale plastic building kit — a 1870s–1910s Victorian residential prototype.
Prototype / scene: Three-storey Victorian row house — the kind of brownstone / brick urban residential block you'd see in Philadelphia, Baltimore, or Brooklyn. One of three matching townhouses — buy 2 or 3 in a row to build a full residential block.
What's in the box: All plastic wall, roof, and detail parts on injection sprues, clear glazing for windows, instructions, and assembly diagram. Glue and paint sold separately.
