Description
The DPM 12100 "Seymour Block" is an HO scale plastic building kit — a 1880s–1920s commercial block prototype.
Prototype / scene: Larger commercial "block" building — wider than a single storefront, containing 2–3 ground-floor retail spaces under a unified second-floor office façade. The kind of consolidated block built by a developer around the turn of the century in any growing downtown.
What's in the box: All plastic wall, roof, and detail parts on injection sprues, clear glazing for windows, instructions. Glue and paint sold separately.
