A PECO N (1:160) Code 55 single slip with InsulFrog. A single slip is a diamond crossing with one set of switching blades — passes straight through, or diverges in one direction.
InsulFrog: the frog itself is insulating plastic — there's a small dead-spot through it, but you don't need any extra wiring for DCC. Plug it in and run.
